Development Team Leader

888 group, one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Development Team Leader

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing dev and QA people, design, planning, prioritize tasks, code reviews, conflicts sorting and deliver in high quality.

The main responsibility is to develop and maintain our core infra services using .Net

At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Domain description:

The core infrastructure department is responsible to develop and maintain 888 core infrastructure servers allowing all 888 products to run smoothly and provide the abilities such as wallet management, session management running campaigns, and much more.


  • Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Take ownership of features from the requirement of production.


  • Managing experience of 5 or more employees – Minimum 3 years
  • BA in Computer Sciences/Engineering – a must
  • Experience with writing and maintaining high volume servers/services – a must
  • Experience with agile / scrum – an advantage
  • Experience with Microservices architecture – an advantage
  • Experience with some type of Middleware such as Rabbit, Kafka – an advantage
  • Experience with Big Data solutions – an advantage
  • Experience with .Net Core – an advantage
