As a marketing & conversion team leader, you will be responsible for all performance channel marketing, sites management and conversion optimization in 888 poker.

As a Marketing & Conversion Team Leader at 888 you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and enabling the marketing and conversion team and keep striving to new heights 
  • Developing and delivering a strong digital marketing plan
  • Transform digital marketing across all channels
  • Day to day management of digital channels
  • Increase traffic to the site
  • Regular reporting on digital marketing performance and competitor analysis
  • Optimizing and improving key performance indicators in the funnel
  • Manage all online assets and improve site UX and UI

This job is for you only if you have:

  • 2+ years’ proved experience in a managerial role, managing and building a team.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an online / eCommerce companies
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
