We are looking for a highly motivated Gaming Affiliates Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our affiliates and to maintain our position as one of the leading Online Casinos in the iGaming industry. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with deals closure ability, able to work and build rapport with external sales and account management teams while working alongside the internal teams.


Your Role

  •  Generating new affiliates, reactivation of existing affiliates already in our system, and creating long-term client relationships across all 888, Mr Green and William Hill product verticals.
  • Build competitive deals while defining revenue opportunities and managing negotiations regarding renewal of conditions to maximize Affiliate’s activities.
  •  Identifying new potential opportunities, traffic sources.
  • Monitor daily performance of your own Affiliates portfolio , such as the source of traffic, the quality of their players to increase ROI and reach KPIs, to ensure that development of traffic is maintained.
  • Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliate portfolio is up to date; campaigns, bonus offers, links and reviews. Comprehensive review of sites on a regular basis to make sure all brands are being promoted in a localized, compliant, and responsible manner.
  • Attend overseas conferences. 
Job Requierments
  • You have sales orientation & experience , preferably in the online market.
  • Out of the box thinker
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • You have English at a professional level with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have analytical skills- professional level in Excel.
  • You have a data-driven approach to user acquisition.
  • Excellent networking skills.

You have a major advantage if…

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing or Economics.
  • Experience in account management, Bizdev – Advantage.
  • Experience in B2C media - Advantage.
  • Experience in the gaming field - Big Advantage.
  • Knowledge of Casino products – Advantage.
