The Cross Analytics Team at EVOKE is a highly skilled group of professionals dedicated to Optimized proactively business performance, adjusting to an ever-changing regulatory, offering and cross platforms environment. With their expertise, they play a critical role in tracking, measuring and optimizing complex business processes in areas of cross, compliance and regulation and drive efficient decision-making via data-driven insights and recommendations.  

  • Collecting and Analyzing data from multiple data sources and combining them into one full coherent analysis.
  • Analyzing and identifying opportunities for business improvement across company, to enhance value.
  • Taking a significant part in supporting decision making processes and proactively push for new insights based on analytical research.
  • Creating smart visualized dashboards to increase efficiency in optimizing and tracking our payment and fraud performance
  • Presenting analysis findings, insights and recommendations to decision-makers to inform strategic decision-making and support optimization.
  • Collaborating closely with teams across the organization, to gather analysis requirements and better understand the business needs.
  • Sharing and leveraging expertise in advanced analytics techniques, statistical modeling and data interpretation to enhanced analytics capabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation to uncover opportunities for optimization, identify potential risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collection and analysis of data from multiple data sources and combining them into one full coherent analysis.
  • Payment and Fraud and product Monitoring: to identify trends and patterns.
  • Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate analysis findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and close working relationship with different unit’s in the company including: Payment, product, Data, marketing and operational teams to gather requirements, share insights, and recommendations 

Key relationships:

  • Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, such as payment, Fraud, product, marketing, and operational teams to gather analysis requirements, understand better the business needs, share insights, and recommendations.
  • Collaboration with other Analytics Teams from the full department - to share and leverage expertise in advanced analytics techniques, statistical modeling, and data interpretation to enhance analytics capabilities.
  • Present analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to management and decision-makers to inform strategic decision-making and support optimization.  
Job Requierments
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a quantitative related position
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in the field of Statistics / Math / Industrial Engineering or other quantitative field (from a leading university).
  • Honored graduate – an advantage
  • High proficiency in SQL and Excel - a must
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI – a big advantage

Desired skills and experience:

  • Analytical skills, strategic thinking, ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
  • Data Visualization: Experience in creating clear and visually appealing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Tools: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and querying in databases like Snowflake, MySQL, or similar platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Excellent English – written and verbal – a must.
  • Hard worker that is not intimidated diving into big data sets, reiterating processes and complex quarries
  • Accurate with attention to details
  • Responsible and a team player person
