Head of Technical Platform & Digital Marketing Products

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, creative and results-driven Head of Technical Platform & Digital Marketing Products who will lead our product teams to improve customer retention & attribution and our in-house impressive platform dealing with customer, gaming, regulatory & liability processes.

At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week. 

Your Role:

  • Lead tech and measurement solutions around acquisition & retention efforts, cross ad-networks, on both web and app environments
  • Lead Product teams focusing on both Platform Infrastructure, responsible for key player functionalities, and our performance marketing infrastructure which supports retaining and acquiring new players.
  • Advocate the technical elements of our Platform infrastructure to product managers and other stakeholders to ensure all backend journeys and flows applied to our players are correlating with our customer facing approach.
  • Mentor, train, and groom Product professionals, both inbound and outbound oriented.
  • Create product methodologies and pipelines, supporting synergy between both technical and non-technical focal points across both domains.
  • Build and maintain a Product backlog, correlating with our digital (growth) marketing unit budgets and focuses enabling their ongoing activities and future plans.
  • Work closely with Architects on major infrastructural improvements, setting KPIs and identifying product scoping within very technical projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product groups, and R&D as key service providers.

Your Skills:

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in various product roles, focusing on SaaS products.
  • You have a proven track record delivering impactful products with clear improvements regarding financial spend and/or performance metrics.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience managing product professional, both inbound and outbound.
  • You have a deep technical understanding of concept such as: APIs, message bus, event sourcing, system logging, in addition to clear ability to read HLDs, LDs and technical documents.
  • You have vast experience in marketing strategies, workflows and ‘under-the-hood’ knowledge of Performance Marketing.
  • You have vast knowledge of the Native Apps ecosystem on both business & technical side.
  • You have hands-on experience with large scale Performance Marketing APIs, Native SDKs, MMPs and Attribution pipelines.
  • You have a good understanding of the regulatory frameworks in the online gambling industry.
  • You can effectively communicate and discuss technical requirements with engineering, data science, and commercial teams.
  • You have experience working in an agile development environment.
  • You have a strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong ability of explaining the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical.
  • You have experience working across complex projects that span multiple teams or people in a fast-paced environment.
