Analytical Marketing Team Leader

888 Poker is the 2nd biggest online poker in the world, with millions of users playing on a regular basis.

The analytical marketing team leader will be responsible for creating and managing all user communication protocols, while constantly optimizing various KPIs, creating smart user segments and implement them in different user flows and campaign logic's in order to maximize user value.

As an Analytical Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer value management – defining and executing strategic projects, aimed to improve user value by using smart user segments, and applying marketing offers on them
  • Strategic business KPIs
  • Management and optimization of big advertising budgets while maintaining profitability.
  • Optimization of work processes with product and operations teams
  • Direct management of the team’s employees

        

This job is for you if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Online marketing
  • Managerial Experience
  • High analytical capabilities. Excel knowledge
  • Capable of defining and managing complex projects vs matrix inter phases
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • English in mother tongue level

You may also have:

  • Experience in online retention marketing
  • Former introduction with poker/online gambling industry
