UX/UI Team Lead

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Team Lead with a highly developed sense for user experience and product design.

This is a unique managerial opportunity to join a leading, global online gaming company to lead the UI/UX team and shape the future of 888 products’ user experience and interfaces.

This is a managerial position with a broad scope, leading a global team of talented UX/UI designers.

As a UX/UI Team Lead, you will guide and mentor UX/UI Experts /Product designers and be responsible for the UX/UI domain and visual language that will have a major impact on the user experience and user interface of all 888 products.

At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.


As a UX/UI Team Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Inspire, lead and mentor the global UX/UI design team, implement best practices and build a culture of design excellence.
  • Oversee the user experience and design language of all 888 products from conception to launch.
  • Develop and manage product visual identities and digital design systems.
  • Working closely with product managers and developers, to define and implement the product’s UX/UI and features.
  • Create an outstanding user experience that has a direct impact on business performance.


This job is for you only if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing Product Design teams in a fast-paced environment, serving thousands of users.
  • 6+ years of experience as a UX designer in B2B and B2C products.
  • Exceptional portfolio of web/responsive/native with expertise in interaction, visual, and prototype design.
  • Attention to details and passion for simplicity and pixel-perfect design
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate and defend design decisions
  • Hands-on UX design experience for interactive products on the web or mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of product analytics tools, experimentations, and KPI driven.
  • Familiarity with practicing UX in an Agile development environment
  • Be passionate about UX and other areas of design and innovation.
  • Fluent English both speaking and writing
