Poker retention marketing manager -Temporary

The 888 Group is one of the world’s biggest online gaming companies.

We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to plan & manage innovative promotions for our existing players, whilst conducting ongoing analysis.  

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of an experienced team of online marketing professionals.

As a Poker Retention Marketing Manager at 888 you will be responsible for:

  • Initiating & executing segmented & mass-market promotions, while working with numerous interfaces including designers, copywriters, HTML, web developers, Product unit, analysts and more.
  • ·Building clear business plans designed to increase engagement & value of the player, while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.  
  • Conducting ongoing monitoring & analyzing of the unit’s main KPIs while implementing improvements on-the-go in order to meet business goals.
  • Understanding and utilizing the marketing tools, communications and infrastructures available, for the purpose of increasing the main business KPIs.
  • Initiating new ideas and marketing methodologies to increase player engagement and affinity with the brand.

  • Out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Great decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient abilities in Excel and analytical skills - creating and analyzing quantitative data reports. 
  • Experience in creating marketing plans and executing promotions
  • High-level English – written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Familiarity & understanding in the field of online gaming.
