Marketing Product Team Leader

888, a global online company and leader in its field, is looking for a business-oriented, tech-savvy leader, who understands customers and knows how to create the best user experience across multiple platforms.

As the Marketing Product team Leader, you will have hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies for the 888casino unit. You will reach and improve on engagement KPIs, by optimizing the player’s journey while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. You will lead a team of professionals in a challenging and dynamic environment.

 As a Marketing Product team Leader you will lead a team that responsible for:

  • Player’s experience with casino products
  • Producing the specifications for new Casino product requirements, including MRDs (marketing requirements documents)
  • Working closely with the Product unit on future developments
  • Taking a key part of new CRM tools and system integrations
  • Monitoring test and optimize the players’ funnel
  • Implementing the best UX/UI practices
  • Managing a variety initiatives and new business requirement

This job is for you only if you have:

  • At least 1 years of experience as a product manager in gaming, internet or mobile companies
  • Technically orientation – you’re familiar with web platforms, test and optimization tools, UX/UI
  • Strong analytical skills – you are an expert in Google Analytics and Google Optimize
  • Business / marketing oriented
  • Able to work with numerous interfaces, matrix management, amicable assertiveness
  • Creative, original and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Independent working abilities and able to drive processes
  • High-level English
  • Proactive worker, demonstrating autonomy and accountability

You may also have:

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as: Drupal, Adobe
  • Web protocols and web methodologies (HTTP protocol, HTML, JavaScript, CSS 3, Responsive Design etc.)
  • Managerial skills
