About the role:

888casino is searching for a superstar Customer Journey Manager, who goes nuts over impacting the bottom line and is hungry to make a difference from the very heart of the business. The successful candidate should have great analytical & project management skills, as s/he will be responsible for analyzing players’ journey activity and investigate patterns. He/she will create automated trigger-based campaigns & lead projects based on player behavior.

The successful candidate will join the best team ever (seriously), so being a people person is an absolute must!

As a Casino Customer Journey Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing user's lifetime value by creating and implementing automated campaigns via the most advanced communication channels
  • Analyzing customer behavior data in order to initiate and optimize marketing projects
  • Creating smart segmentation, using intricate BI modules
  • Testing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing offers by using multiple test methodologies
  • Helping us understand how our customers feel about our service and offerings, through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Creating campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities by working with multiple interfaces.

This job is for you only if you have:

  • Excel expertise
  • Sharp analytical skills
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics / industrial management engineering / Business management. 
  • Ability to derive insights from data and use them to develop actionable tasks/campaigns
  • Project management skills from top to bottom
  • Experience in customer journey / retention marketing / marketing analyst

 You may also have:

  • SAP BO knowledge
  • SQL knowledge
