Creative Design Team Leader

About the role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Design Team Leader to join our B2C Marketing division. The creative design team lead will be responsible for managing the creative process from concept to completion, leading a team of graphic designers and creating compelling marketing materials that drive business innovation and growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the creative industry trends, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills

As a Creative Design Team Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Translating marketing objectives and creative briefs to compelling concept ideas and engaging marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
  • Setting the visual tone and direction of campaigns by managing all aspects of art direction, design, and marketing messaging
  • Leading the graphic design team and managing an effective and efficient creative process from concept to execution
  • Delivering creative assets across all marketing channels: banners, landing pages, newsletters, social posts, offline marketing materials etc
  • Ensuring high-quality and consistent marketing materials that are aligned with the creative vision and brand standards
  • Providing leadership, mentoring and inspiration to the team of graphic designers and ensuring they are aligned with unit’s objectives
  • Prioritizing projects and working on tight deadlines
  • Partnering with marketing managers to keep track of campaign performance and building collaborative processes to ensure continued improvement of creative delivery
  • Working closely with various internal partners including product and corporate brand teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency through-out all marketing materials

This job is for you only if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
  • 5+ years’ experience in the creative industry
  • 2+ years’ of managerial experience
  • Extensive experience in designing online marketing materials
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing teams
  • Creative strategic thinking with proven ability to turn business objectives to compelling creative concepts
  • Expert level in Adobe apps: photoshop , illustrator, after effect
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, 3D required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Strong portfolio showing both conceptual ideas and online marketing assets
