Recruitment Marketing Projects Manager – Temp

888 is offering an opportunity to step into the innovative, fast growing field of HR Recruitment Marketing.  The Recruitment Marketing manager will lead and deliver marketing projects aiming to drive awareness to 888’s open positions and achieve hiring targets. 

If you are familiar with Social /Online marketing or Marketing projects management, and you wish to gain experience in a large, global, Online-Tech Company – this job is for you.

This is a temp position for at least 6 months

As a Recruitment Marketing Manager at 888 you will: 

  • Lead and implement marketing projects to support recruitment targets 
  • Implement 888’s Employer Brand globally
  • Initiate ,manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns via social networks and other channels that deliver the best candidates
  • Manage 888holdings’ social networks pages 
  • Manage the internal Refer a Friend program
  • Manage 888 career site and drive for better conversion
  • Execute projects to improve the candidates experience and conversion
  • Create engaging job descriptions that appeal to top talent
  • Work closely with talent acquisition and recruitment stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets

This job is for you if you have:

  • Online marketing experience , preferably in Social / PPC/ Retention
  • Experience is executing marketing projects or advertising campaigns
  • Excellent English
  • Out of the box , original thinker who has an eye for creative
  • Ability to take end-to-end responsibility on projects and tasks
  • A solutions focused, can do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
