The US Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring the Group’s compliance with state and federal laws and regulations in every US jurisdictions in which the Group operates. The Department, among other things, manages the Group’s licensing obligations, coordinates all regulatory reporting requirements, oversees compliance audits by regulators and third parties, makes necessary notification to regulators, assists and advises the business on compliance related matters and maintains relationships with regulators throughout the country.
The AML Manager is a key position in the Group and will be responsible for evaluating, supporting, and influencing a culture of AML compliance as well as managing the overall Fraud Risk to the business by, among other things, maintaining all AML policies and procedures, executing efficient AML compliance monitoring and training programs and managing the day-to-day AML operational and compliance tasks in the US. This position will serve as the AML point of contact to outside regulators, officials and commercial partners as well as to Group executives. The AML Manager will report to the US Compliance Director and work closely with the Group’s International and UK AML teams.
This position will require individual gaming licensure in some US jurisdictions; the applicant must be willing to obtain and maintain this license including being subject to a suitability assessment/investigation by state gaming officials.
