Payroll Coordinator - temporary position

888, a global hi-tech company located in Herzeliya Pituach, is looking for a payroll controller.

The position is temporary.

At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

As a Payroll Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Handling salary for hundreds employees in Israel using the Hilan system.
  • Handling onboarding of new and leaving employees, pension fund matters, reserve duty leave, reimbursements and expenses.
  • Overseeing employees’ attendance on the Hilanet system.
  • Providing support for employees in matters concerning salary and attendance.
  • Preparation of salary and work hours reports in Excel

This job is for you only if you have:

  • At least 1 years experience as a payroll controller
  • Payroll controller graduation
  • High level of English (writing, reading, speech)
  • Complete command of Excel
  • Experience working with salary systems, preferably, Hilan
  • Experience in account management
  • Reliable, discreet and highly responsible personal ability
  • Thorough, attention to detail, service-oriented and independent working methodologies
