Are you our next Ad Tech Expert? 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ad Tech Expert to join our Ad-Tech team at 888WH, If you are passionate about harnessing the power of marketing technologies to solve complex challenges. With ownership of the Google Marketing Platform tools, you will be instrumental in elevating our marketing tracking and technologies to unparalleled heights.  

Our Ad-Tech Team is the technical backbone supporting our marketing strategies, comprised of experts dedicated to optimizing our tracking and technology stack. In this role, you'll join a team committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AdTech, making significant contributions to our mission of delivering unrivaled marketing efficiency and effectiveness. 

 **By joining us, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week. 


Your Role: 

  •  Lead the technical domain of tracking and measurement, managing Google Marketing Platform implementations and our internal marketing tracking systems. 
  • Generate knowledge, methodologies, and best practices, professionally guiding the division's tracking and measurements protocols. 
  • Pioneer technological AdTech-related projects to boost our marketing infrastructure, in collaboration with product and marketing stakeholders. 
  • Design and implement full deployment of GA4 and Firebase across the company’s assets, ensuring seamless user journey tracking. 
  • Collaborate with product teams, developers, marketing teams, business analysts, and external partners like Google and Jellyfish to push new requirements and solve implementation challenges. 
  • Facilitate the integration of innovative tools and platforms, enhancing the capabilities of our user acquisition marketing teams. 
  • Create data dashboards that map out full user journey flows, providing insights into user behavior and marketing effectiveness. 
  • Manage consent mode end-to-end across all company websites, aligning with up-to-date requirements. 

Your Skills: 

  • 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including configurations and implementations. 
  • Proficiency in GA4, Firebase, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, and Google CM360 with Floodlight tags. 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & JavaScript is an advantage. 
  • Experience in pixel implementations. 
  • A strong grasp of consent mode requirements, CRO tools (e.g., Contentsquare/Fullstory), server-side tagging, and measurement protocol. 
  • Excellent English communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to investigate and isolate data issues. 
  • An independent and proactive approach, thriving in a matrix and multi-interface environment. 

You have a major advantage if: 

  • You have experience with user acquisition channels, conversion funnels, and hold a bachelor's degree
  • You bring project/product management skills to the table, along with experience working with Tealium
