Analytical Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and data - driven superstar, who will be our next Casino Analytical Marketing Manager

Your role:

This role's main responsibilities are collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to valuable insights and drive business decisions. You will identify business trends, bonus abuse, maximize players’ lifetime value and drive casino business revenue.

  • Maximize player lifetime value through the creation and implementation of automated processes using the most advanced communication channels.
  • Lead innovative marketing projects from conception, to execution, enhancing player engagement, loyalty, and brand satisfaction.
  • Campaigns optimization - conduct and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective player engagement strategies.
  • Budget management – monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the offerings budget to ensure optimal distribution.
  • Enhance retention and increase player lifetime value and profitability.
  • Collaborate with various interfaces and platforms across multiple markets to develop promotions and localize communications.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns, BC creation, monitor KPI results, and optimize communications.
  • Evaluate user behavior to identify gaps and opportunities, detect abusive behavior, and work with multiple interfaces to close the loop.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, HTML & web developers, and operational services to create compelling campaigns and messaging.

Job Requierments
  • Over 2 years of experience in analytical marketing: Initiating, developing, and executing multi-channel, innovative, and engaging campaigns through the analysis of various data sources
  • Skilled at generating valuable insights and effectively implementing them
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive project management skills from inception to completion.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in English.
