Poker Retention Marketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Retention Marketing Manager who will plan, manage and execute promotions, whilst conducting ongoing analysis and lead complex & exciting campaigns.

Your Role:

  • Manage the execution of promotion from A to Z: operational set up, configuration, review of marketing materials, quality assurance and ensure thorough familiarity of the campaign management systems and operations.
  • Build business plans designed to increase engagement & value of the player, while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Initiate and execute promotions for mass market and segmented populations whilst working with numerous interfaces including designers, copywriters, HTML, web developers, Product unit, analysts and more.
  • Conduct tests & analyze results accordingly while implementing improvements on the go to meet business goals.
  • Understand and utilize the marketing tools, communications, and infrastructures available, for the purpose of optimizing campaigns towards the unit’s main business KPIs.
  • Think of new ideas and apply leading marketing methodologies to increase player engagement and affinity with the brand.

Your Skills:

  • You have experience managing projects and the ability to take ownership of projects from head to toe.
  • You are naturally self-driven, detail-oriented and an out-of-the-box thinker.
  • You are independent, have a “can-do” approach, and have a hunger for learning.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and within a team. You have the flexibility to work with different teams and personalities, and the ability motivate them to deliver.
  • You have proficient abilities in Excel and analytical skills - creating and analyzing quantitative data reports.
  • You have high-level English – written and spoken.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree.
