Website Optimization Manager

The Optimization Manager is a hands-on role, where you will work as part of the Product Marketing team that manager the website and product requirement and oversees our analytics, testing, tracking and optimization initiatives. The team aims to improve content and usability for our customers to create an uninterrupted experiences based on their explicit and implicit preferences and behaviors. You will be responsible for executing tests and optimization initiatives to ensure we are delivering the most optimum experience for our customers to drive greater engagement as well as conversions.

 As a Website Optimization Manager You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the sites user experiences for effective and unobstructed user journeys through the web
  • Organizing multiple tests and timelines while communicating and updating effectively
  • Coordinating with designers, web-developers and stakeholders for the implementation of bug fixes, improvements and new features for our website
  • Driving education of best practices for CRM & Acquisition
  • Staying updated with changing trends in the conversion market

  • Understanding of UI & UX 
  • Curiosity for data-driven marketing
  • English & Hebrew at a high level
  • Experience with analytical tools & Excel

You may also have:

  • Ability to participate in technical discussions like selecting a technology/tool
  • Familiarity with the Internet gaming industry
  • Social Science Degree (Psychology/Sociology)
