HR Business Partner – Temp (at least 6 month)

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner to join 888 HR division.

HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our employees and managers in Israel.

The ideal candidates should have solid experience with HRBP practices in a medium – large organization.

This temp position is for at least 6 months and it provides a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a large, global Online- Tech Company. This position will report directly to VP HR of the Marketing Division.


As an HR business partner at 888 you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and insure healthy engagement between employees and units.
  • Monitoring the units "pulse" to ensure ongoing connectivity with the employees and managers
  • Analyzing complexities and raising flags
  • Managing E2E employee lifecycle
  • Managing the marketing division day-to-day HR operations in Israel
  • Implementing HR processes and providing HR policy guidance
  • Managing internal mobility processes within the marketing division and cross divisions to support career management of employees.


This job is for you only if you have:

  • 2+ years’ experience as an HR business partner in a medium-large organization – a must
  • Excellent English (talk, read & write) – to allow day to day work in English
  • Full understanding of all HRBP functions and best practices and experience in implementing HR processes
  • Experience in dealing with changes in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to understand business goals and recommend HR approaches
  • An hands-on approach with the ability to cope with high volume workload
  • A solutions focused attitude - identify problems and find appropriate solutions
  • A strong drive to become a team player and create a positive work environment within the HR division
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • BA degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Recruitment/ OD background – an advantage
  • Ability to commit for at least a 6 month period.
