888 is looking for a talented conversion manager to join their Bingo Business Units. Reporting to the Acquisition Group Manager, the conversion manager will hold a central role in the unit working on leveraging all the acquisition efforts. The candidate will have top analytical abilities with a good marketing mind to understand, optimize and enhance the player’s journey across our different products and brands. The candidate will also be a team player with great inter personal skills.

As an Optimization & Conversion Manager at 888, you will be responsible for:​

  • Site optimization & management - use Google Analytics to build and execute a web optimization strategy using A/B testing and other technologies to deliver results. Measure the performance of the websites, identify behaviors and leverage to opportunities as well as regularly maintain and update the website.
  •  Improving user experience - enhance the user experience through funnel optimization, based on users insights & data; optimize the player journey (by conducting relevant A/B testing) in terms of messages, offers & UX in the different marketing channels funnels.
  •  Business Unit’s acquisition focal point, in charge of:

o Monitoring numbers daily and pushing insights to action items.

o Push improvements of user experience by working in collaboration with interfaces in the company such as; product team, SEO team, business analytics team and all marketing teams.

o Identify industry trends to make user experience improvements and contribute ideas to broader business opportunities.

o Project management of cross projects, from brainstorm to implementation, such as; new sites creation, new acquisition offers, etc.

 This job is for you only if you have:

  •  High analytical abilities and experience in analyzing reports
  • Proven experience in Web technology and using online analysis tools (Google analytics, etc.)
  •  Project management skills
  •  Experience working in online marketing
  •  High sensitivity to fine details and an eye for creative and esthetics
  •  English at a high level

 You May also have:

  • Familiarity with the Internet gaming industry
  • SEO knowledge 
  • Basic HTML and Photoshop skills
  • Experience working with conversion tools (crazy egg, Inspectlet, optimizely)
