As a Conversion & Optimization Manager at 888 you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and measuring funnel performance and working with data teams.
  • A/B testing of different casino assets.
  • Collaborating with teams from product and other marketing departments in order to optimize each conversion path.
  • Increasing conversion rates.
  • Taking part in the optimization plan to improve user flow: registration forms, cashier and payments process, etc.
  • Seeking new technologies and tools & identifying new trends to increase engagement with the users and conversion.

This job is for you only if you have:

  • 2+ years experience in online / eCommerce companies.
  • 2+ years experience of running conversion and A/B tests that results in revenue increase.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify trends and abnormality.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
  • Team player and problem-solver
