QA Engineer (Casino)

We are looking for an experienced Frontend QA Engineer to help us deliver uncompromised quality to our products - and most importantly, to our players.

In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end client flows, working as an integral part of a Scrum team, using modern technologies, agile methodologies, and data-driven quality practices.

As a QA Engineer, you will be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle - from test design and planning, through execution and deployment, to production monitoring and continuous improvement based on quality KPIs that you help define and evolve.

What you will be doing:

  • Review and analyze product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
  • Own and manage the overall quality strategy for frontend features and user flows.
  • Design comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on deep understanding of business logic and system architecture.
  • Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex frontend systems.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.
  • Identify risks early and provide practical, system-level solutions to quality issues.
  • Define, track, and analyze quality KPIs using production data and monitoring tools.
  • Establish processes and preventive measures to reduce production defects.
  • Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Contribute to automation efforts and quality tooling where relevant.

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies (test planning, design, execution, and strategy).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute tests for complex systems with deep business logic.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Extensive experience with logging and monitoring systems (e.g., Kibana, Firebase, Logstash, New Relic, TrackJS, Logmatic, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and investigation.
  • Experience with API testing (REST, JSON, Postman, etc.).
  • Strong experience using browser debugging and developer tools.
  • Hands-on experience with production monitoring and quality validation in live environments.
  • Experience with test automation – an advantage.
  • Advanced English (written and verbal).

Additional Advantages:

  • Experience testing AI-driven features, machine-learning-based systems, or data-driven decision engines.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts such as model behavior, data quality, bias, and edge cases.
  • Experience validating AI outputs, recommendations, personalization, or prediction logic.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, feature flags, or experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).
  • Experience working in gaming, real-time systems, or high-traffic consumer products.
