Gaming Project Management Director

 We offering this unique senior managerial role of Project Management Director to manage the project managers group and be responsible for leading, planning and executing all projects and operations within the Gaming Department.

The Project Management Director is a member of gaming management team and extended leadership forums of the product and technology division

As a Gaming Project Management Director you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a group of global project managers positioned in Israel and Romania, who are in charge of all projects and activities in the Casino, Poker and Games departments.
  • Plan and oversee all projects and operations in the gaming department assuring that product and project goals are achieved on time with the desired scope.
  • Oversee all phases of all projects activities including scoping, forming integrated work plans, engaging design, development/configurations & QA till the successful project launch.
  • Work closely with R&D and product, other project teams, internal customers and external vendors.
  • Manage constraints and frequent changes per product/company prioritization in a highly dynamic work environment, while proactively identify and resolve various issues, conflicts, and optimize resources planning and availability.
  • Take part in yearly goal’s definitions, improvement initiatives and process definitions

This job is for you only if you have:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience of managing a group of project managers
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a software project manager in a matrix environment, driving technological intricate software projects in a global environment.
  • A technological and business understanding as well as good familiarity with work processes in the organization.
  • Strong Matrix management skills including risk management, synchronization, and execution
  • Strong technical background (development or QA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Self-motivated, pro-active
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, team player
  • A broad and comprehensive systematic vision, risk management abilities and an understanding of long-term implications
  • High proficiency at managing several projects and tasks in parallel
  • Creative thinking and out of the box problem solving
  • End-to-End accountability and non-compromised execution standards
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Highly organized, details oriented
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

You might also have:

  • Experience in the online gaming industry
  • Experience with scrum/agile methodology
