Help Desk Second Level Support

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Second Level Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, deploying hardware, and ensuring our internal systems run smoothly. What you will be doing:

  • Act as the single point of contact and “technical advisor” for 1st and 2nd line support including troubleshooting software, hardware, printers, and deploying or replacing workstations
  • Manage open support cases in our ticketing system while meeting SLA requirements, and provide clear technical documentation and user instructions
  • Offer remote and phone support to other offices, ensuring alignment between technical teams across locations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure including Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM, VMware, Zoom, JAMF, DNS/DHCP, and more
  • Ensure network availability, support the technical server room, and maintain physical resources
  • Manage security compliance for devices, including updates and troubleshooting for tools such as Symantec Antivirus, SafeEnd, and Cisco NAC
  • Support and manage Android and iOS devices through MobileIron
  • Assist with training and setup for meeting room equipment, manage Asset Management via Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and support IT needs for Sales and other departments


Who we are looking for:

  • A hands-on, service-oriented professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communicator who’s confident working across teams and locations, both in-person and remotely
  • Someone with working knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security software), endpoint management tools, and mobile device management systems
