About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced marketer for the role of Temporary Marketing Acquisition Manager to join our B2C Marketing

division. This is a great opportunity to work in one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies.

 As a Temporary Marketing Acquisition Manager at 888 you will be responsible for: 

  • A successful marketing acquisition journey that results in quality, long-term generating users  
  • Creating marketing lead generation campaigns that are personalized, innovative, and focused on providing value to the target audience 
  • Leading the communication, and creative strategy aligned with brand guidelines, across all touch points in the user’s acquisition journey  
  • Monitoring results and optimizing the journey in collaboration with our partners 
  • Following market and competitors’ trends and creating differentiated and compelling messaging and marketing materials 
  • Optimizing and localizing the user’s acquisition flow per market  
  • Working closely with all marketing channels, understanding the offering/incentives for each market, and optimizing messaging and offering to generate quality leads  

This job is for you only if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business 
  • 2+ years of proven experience in successfully developing, executing, and optimizing marketing acquisition journeys.  
  • Experience in online demand generation and driving awareness  
  • Extensive experience in working with creative teams, writing briefs based on brand guidelines, market research and competitor’s analysis 
  • Experience in working with growth teams, A/B testing and analyzing  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and drive results  
  • Strong doer and problem solver 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, multitasker, and process oriented 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
