Responsibilities:

  • Research and understand our industry and ecosystem as well as partner and competitor Payment providers
  • Prepare all required documentation and deliverables for cross function Payments projects – BRDs, user stories, concept documents, and presentations – and articulate them to the required forums.
  • Be the focal point for all Payment product related questions, issues, and challenges, prioritize requirements taking project timelines, customer requirements, and business targets into account.
  • Support all stages of development from initial concept to release and beyond.
  • Monitor and analyze Payment performance across different platforms, markets, and devices
  • Conduct game presales and inbound marketing activity vs. B2C and B2B marketing teams to ensure each game’s success.
  • Proactively map, identify and recommend best practices and optimizations for the cross Product Payment process
  • Responsible of the products roadmap and vision
  • Identify and gather requirements in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the company from operations, customer support, safer gambling and more
  • Prioritization of features and work plans based on business cases and to meet customer support Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Plan effective user experience along with UX/UI designers
  • Work in full collaboration with the different organizational units (marketing, operation R&D, UX/UI designers, BI and more)
Job Requierments
  • Proven experience of at least 3+ years as a Product Manager
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with numerous interfaces, matrix management, amicable assertiveness
  • Business oriented, data driven with high analytical skills
  • Creative, original and out-of-the-box thinking combined with a “Can Do” approach Independent working abilities and able to drive processes
  • Proactive, demonstrating autonomy and accountability
  • English at a very high level – reading, speech and writing 
  • Background in customer support products
  • Familiar with the Payment industry
