Role Purpose: To provide customer support to VIP members and increase members’ loyalty and retention to our products.
Reports To: VIP Team Leader
The role is to provide proactive player development specifically for VIP members for 888, with the aim of increasing loyalty and retention, and to provide email, phone and chat support for all VIP members. The VIP Department will present the Company in the most professional and personal manner possible, thus ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of this very important group of customers.
Each representative will be personally responsible for a group of customers and will be required to initiate and maintain contact and get to know their members. To provide service that is oriented towards gaining additional members and to retain existing customers, all of which will be expected to increase revenue.
