Program Manager

Are you our next Program Manager?

We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will become part of the strategic change group, which is one of the most business-centric areas in the company, involving multiple stakeholders from across the company.

You will be responsible for managing high-priority programs end-to-end, focusing on R&D activities as well as business and operations aspects of the program. This is a critical area and position, both from a business and regulation perspective, requiring looking at the long-term goals and day-to-day challenges.

By joining us, you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to project deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders, including developers, QA teams, and product managers.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Address project issues promptly, collaborating with teams to find optimal solutions and minimize project disruptions.
  • Implement risk management best practices to ensure project success.
  • Conduct thorough testing and QA activities, coordinating with QA teams to resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned from each project to enhance processes and optimize future project outcomes.

Your Skills:

  • You have at least 4 years of proven experience in managing and driving technological projects and programs in a global environment – the ability to work with numerous factors, skilled at matrix management, and knowing how to activate and drive.
  • You have a technological background – previously worked in development/QA/Product management.
  • You have English at a high level, including verbal expression abilities and drafting documents in English.
  • You are highly independent yet at the same time a team player.
  • You have a broad and comprehensive systematic vision, risk management abilities, and an understanding of long-term implications.
  • You are highly proficient at managing several programs and tasks in parallel.
  • You can maneuver between different factors within the organization; able to work under pressure.
  • You are proactive, creative, out-of-the-box, and original thinking in problem-solving.
  • You have high analytical skills.
