Product Group Manager - Customer Engagement

This position is a unique managerial opportunity to join a leading online gaming company as a Customer Group Product Manager.

As the Customer Group Product Manager, you will play an important role in the 888 product department.

At 888 you will enjoy a hybrid work model, combining in-office work with remote work (work from home) during the week.

As a Product Customer Engagement Group Manager at 888, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the entire product management lifecycle of the CRM product domain with full responsibility to its performance and innovations E2E.
  • Managing teams of product managers, characterizing and developing 888 CRM products and customer engagement elements.
  • Collecting, negotiating, and prioritizing the product requirements from the various B2C, B2B, and other product units.
  • Working jointly with the product developers and testers throughout all of the product’s stages.
  • Supervising new product developments, while ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Designing excellent customer engagement tools for the marketing teams, to encourage customer loyalty and retention through product solutions.

 This job is for you only if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing a Product team 
  • Experience in Internet and mobile technologies.
  • Product management skills: ability to work with numerous interfaces, matrix management, and amicable assertiveness.
  • High analytical skills.
  • Business/marketing and data-driven orientation.
  • Creative, original, and out-of-the-box thinking combined with a “Can Do” approach.
  • Excellent English: reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Flexible yet practical thinking.
