Social Acquisition TL

888 is offering an opportunity for leaders in the social acquisition field to lead our world class social media team and spearhead our social marketing activities.

In this position, you will join our Facebook advertising team and take charge of a wide variety of paid Facebook campaigns. You will be required to develop campaigns from the strategy-building stages through reporting, and data analysis, while being responsible for routine activity operations.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to guide and lead the social acquisition team as well as being the professional interface to all business units regarding our activities. 

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a strong marketing background.

This position will entail hands-on work as a part of the team leader’s role.

   As a Social Acquisition Team Leader at 888 you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a team of Social Acquisition specialists - team’s day-to-day, goals and activities.
  • Set and monitor team goals and KPIs
  • Analyze and optimize performance, constantly improve campaigns’ KPIs
  • Stay up to date with new features and trends and improve processes
  • Present social acquisition’s deliverables to management.
  • Working with all departments to meet the company’s goals.

This job is for you only if you have:

  • ·        +2 years of hands on experience buying media in social platforms (Facebook, twitter, etc.).
  • ·        Managerial experience in leading teams to reach target KPI’s
  • ·        Deep knowledge and experience in Social Acquisition including technical aspects.
  • ·        Strong analytical skills
  • ·        Good knowledge of Excel
  • ·        BA in relevant field
  • ·        Very high level of written and spoken English

 You may also have:

  •  Prior experience in the world of gaming or social gaming
