Dev Team Leader

We are looking for a talented experienced, passionate and professional development Team Leader to manager a team developers in B2C department. You should have excellent leading and technical skills, deep system and corporate understanding, with this role you will be responsible from transforming a business idea into technical solution. 

You’ll be working with a variety of interfaces such as: HTML/CSS developers, operation managers, webmasters, content managers and site owners that are in Romania but also in Israel. 

 

Main Responsibilities 

Provide team leadership, guidance and coaching based on management direction

Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule

Serve as a professional focal point to overcome the day-to-day challenges and to provide creative solutions. 

Collaborate with internal teams (QA, HTML codes, webmasters, visual designers, IT, product managers, marketing teams, etc…) to identify system requirements.

Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our web sites and web applications.

Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities. 


Skills - Qualifications  

- 2+ years’ experience as a Software/web/ full stack Developer.

- Prior experience in a technical leadership position.

- Basic knowledge in Apache/PHP/MySQL

- Familiarity with mobile web technologies (CSS 3, Responsive Design)  

- Familiarity with Angular.js , react.js, vue.js - a significant advantage

- Familiarity with DevOps tools (git, dockers, Kubernetes…) - a significant advantage 

- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders 

- An ability to communicate and work in a team.

- Attention to detail
