Bingo Marketing Group Manager
888 is offering a highly influential, strategic managerial position to lead Bingo outbound marketing in both online and offline channels. The Group Manger will report directly to the Head of Bingo BU and will be part of the unit’s managerial lead
The role requires E2E management from marketing strategy definition to 360 execution of the brand messages while achieving the unit acquisition KPI’s. It involves leading and matrix managing marketing execution across both TV and online channels: affiliates, MB, SEM, SEO and social.
- Full responsibility for all acquisition activities for all bingo brands according to defined KPI’s.
- Lead the unit plans with the internal media team and external marketing agencies for multiple bingo brands – media, creative, social, PR
- Budget planning
- Matrix Management of dedicated online acquisition channels –SEO, SEM, MB and social.
- Managing all bingo brands sites, focused on acquisition and conversion activities for achieving optimum funnel results.
- Initiating new bonus schemes for better performance
- Performance analysis, process optimization and providing recommendations for market level and business partner goals.
- Initiation and creation of partnerships to enhance offering
- Point of contact within BU for all offline media activities

- Over 5 years of managerial experience in online industry acquisition and marketing.
- ‘Sales oriented’, driven by performance
- Proven experience in analyzing quantitative data and drawing conclusions
- Excellent leadership and proven skills for managing projects and matrix teams
- Experience in managing direct reports
- Familiarity with the online gaming industry
- Familiarity with the British market – an advantage
- English – mother tongue level
