Relationship Manager – ePayments

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our Payment Service Providers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales teams and build rapport with partners. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Department Overview

The department handles payment solutions and provides e-commerce clearing services. It’s divided into three groups, including a team of Relationship Managers, who are responsible for business relations and interactions with Payment Service Providers across the globe.

As experts in what we do, we partner with many of the world’s most dynamic payment institutions. Our strategic aim is to reach more customers in more markets, in local language and with local payment options.

As a Relationship Manager at 888 you will be in charge of:

Working with our tier one Payment Service Providers, you will join the ePayments Relationship Management team to develop cross opportunities and to drive 888 growth.

We are looking for someone who can develop opportunities to optimize value within existing accounts. As a Relationship Manager you will work as part of a team to increase 888 “share of wallet” in gaming sector. You will achieve this by engaging with payment methods suppliers to best align 888 strategy and ambitions to their proposition

  • Managing relationships with overseas vendors – including commercial negotiations; closing contractual terms and conditions; and managing ongoing work with vendors
  • Understand business needs and develop plans to address them – product characterization
  • Gain solid knowledge of 888 proprietary processing system
  • Business development- examining new products and payment methods, business intelligence and understanding the market
  • Ongoing product maintenance – report analyses for daily monitoring, identifying of trends, process streamlining and optimizations, implementing improvements of the financial product and marketing collaborations
  • Coordinating between the different business and operational departments
This job is for you only if you have:
  • English at a very high level – speaking, reading and writing
  • 6+ years of proven experience in a similar position in the field of the Internet / e-commerce/ financials
  • Experience in international customer / vendor relations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Experience in analyzing business data
  • BA in Business Administration / Economics / Industrial Management / Law graduates
